First of all, nowadays, the population in the world have increased significantly, and VietNam is too. Actually, the house demand would aslo increase in the future. Human beings can be born much more but land would be never. So, I make a decision I will spend 30% for real estate.
Second, As you know, Gold is the asset which has the best liquid. You will be easy to use it whenever you have trouble.
Next, I think that in the future, United States would develop more and affect on whole the world. US dollars would have higher value. US select Donald Trump for the president. While he is billionaire and good at economic field. I believe that his talent would "MAKE AMERICAN GREAT AGAIN". So, I would like to invest a little for US dollar.
Finally, My personal view is that If you want to be billionaire, you must own your money. You must know how to use money make highest profit. The best way is bussiness. I have a strong passion for bussiness when I was child. I would like to become boss, not employee, pay salary for my employee, don't recieve salary from anyboss. So, I spend 50% equity opening the coffee shop. I could fail but I would never give up.
