Global Inequality

Most of us think about inequality within the borders of countries. But why shall we do so? For example, the income of the top 5% Indians is almost equal to the bottom 5% Americans. Countries usually try to limit inequalities within their frontiers while most of the differences are actually reflected across those borders.
