何謂「情緒管理」？
法國英雄拿破崙說：「我雖然能夠戰勝千軍萬馬，但卻降伏不了自己的牛脾氣」。星雲大師則說：「過份情緒化是性格上的缺陷，是心智不成熟的表示。」
如何做好情緒管理？

慧昭法師以「時時觀自在，念念觀世音，千手行六度、千眼視眾生。」與參加講座的近三百位信眾共勉。
慧昭法師說，觀自在有兩種說法，一說是觀世音菩薩，所謂「家家彌陀佛、戶戶觀世音」在台灣民間信仰中，觀音信仰深入人心。二為《心經》：「觀自在菩薩，行深般若波羅蜜多時，照見五蘊皆空，度一切苦厄。」觀一切法皆能自在無礙的菩薩，稱為觀自在菩薩。所以，能五蘊「無我」自在，即能大慈大悲，能度一切眾生，故人人皆可成為觀自在菩薩。
慧昭法師以自己在北海道場念書時的故事，講說「破我執」的方法。郭明傳表示，星雲大師作詞〈向觀世音菩薩祈願曲〉，是他最受用的。每當他為境界所困時，他便手持觀世音菩薩聖相照片，唱誦此曲給自己聽，從而可以使心靜下來，還唱給含苞不開的蘭花聽，隔日花朵即盛開。大地有情，眾生有愛，人們向觀世音傾訴委屈，而菩薩就像母親般慈悲溫暖與包容。
趙永祥以「九問」破題，「你在人我是非之前能自在嗎？你在新冠病毒疫情期間，身心能自在嗎？論壇中你心在這裡嗎？你身心自在嗎？」等，在自問自答中，他強調「觀自在」，「觀」是內觀是觀內在，「自」為自我的身心狀態，「在」則是你的心有在嗎？有在每一個當下嗎？
「度人觀世音，度己觀自在。」賴瀅如表示，如果自己能夠觀自在，也可以成為別人的觀世音菩薩。從編輯台到講座台，也正在考驗著自己的觀自在知見，當面對境界來臨時，常以星雲大師所說：「我看花，花自繽紛；我見樹，樹自婆娑；我覽境，境自去來；我觀心，心自如如。」自勉。
賴瀅如認為：「觀念通了就自在了！」在面對自己的事業與家業兩難時，常以大師的「一半一半」哲學思考。諸如，孩提時父母間比較學校好壞、與公婆育兒觀不同、下班後家事誰做、考試了孩子不用功、與孩子想法不同時、開心出遊遇塞車時、同事間競爭、大咖小咖、出書了卻被評字太小等，比比皆是魔考。
趙永祥也是教育部生命教育中心資深講師，常將星雲大師的理念，運用在教學上。當面對新冠病毒疫情肆虐全世界，致外籍學生因疫情無法回鄉，又當中小企業經濟受到衝擊時要如何才能安住人心。他說，面對境界應以大師的「心能轉境」來取代「心隨境轉」。
來自日本的伊藤曆音，目前就讀南華大學幼兒教育學系四年級，他分享因疫情無法返鄉，幸得趙教授引導，在星雲大師「四給」的指引下，給人信心、給人歡喜、給人希望、給人方便，讓自我與他人都能以平常心、慈悲心面對疫情，如能反省自己，借境練心，無有恐怖，即能自在安心。
「觀自在：觀照自己在不在！」
郭明傳說，觀世音菩薩十大願，皆為「利他」而求。學習觀世音菩薩的慈悲心，慈是予樂，悲是拔苦，「當我們心生給人快樂，為人解決問題的善念，並化為實際的行動，那就是觀世音菩薩和我們印心的拈花微笑之時！」
「把握當下就是因緣具足。」
慧昭法師結語時表示，學佛修行最主要的目的，不僅使自己觀自在，更要幫助他人也能觀自在，才是大慈大悲。最好的東西應與大家分享，才能發揮實現其本身最好的價值。感謝與談人分享其在家業、職業與道業中，如何學習及踐行觀世音菩薩的觀人自在、觀事自在、觀物自在、觀法自在，觀一切都能自在無礙的妙方法。

| Extended Bio Profile | Dr. Chao is most proud of being a contributor in international finance research field, and wants to provide more effective research outcomes connected with governmental policies and academic institutions. Most of my current students work in financial institutions, insurance companies and stock markets. Dr. Chao has acted as a financial and strategic consultant in several medium- sized enterprises since March 2005. He expects that there are two main academic directions to do subsequent research in the future. Dr. Chao hopes to revisit and reevaluate the applicability of existing research to connect theories in light of the changing conditions of global business. In addition to his assistant professor position in Nanhua University, and previously, Dr. Chao has taught for more than 17 years in university and advise many students to provide their financial knowledge to contribute themselves to organizations/society. |
